So Far So GoodI bought this item 19 Aug. 2018, starts easy, has plenty of power. The only thing that will take some getting used to is how it actually trims, it does not trim down to the dirt. (Which is actually a good thing). I have not had to change the string out so I cannot comment on how easy or difficult it is to replace the string. If you follow the directions on the fuel mixture you will have no problems with it running.

Great toolMy starts up without any difficulty and has since I bought it last spring. It does what it needs to do and has worked properly ever since, even thought I do not take care of it properly. Are you using premium gas? that can make a big difference

Will not stay running.I have had it turned up, it will run for a couple times then it will, not stay running.
