Men’s Night Giveaway Official Rules

1. To be entered and eligible to win, simply fill out the online form available at https://www.farmandhomesupply.com/mensnight and submit between 4:00 p.m. (CT) and 11:59 p.m. (CT) on November 21, 2024. Only one entry per email address allowed. No mail-in entries allowed.
2. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Current Farm & Home Supply employees and their immediate families including spouse, children, or parents who reside with the employee are not eligible to win. Entrants must live within 25 miles of at least one of the 15 Farm & Home Supply store locations.
3. No purchase is required to enter.
4. One (1) winner will be selected in one (1) random drawing to be held on November 22, 2024. Winner will be notified by phone. In the event that the chosen winner(s) cannot be contacted by email or phone, or decides not to accept the prize, it will be forfeited and another winner(s) will be selected. Winner must accept prize by 11:59 p.m. (CT) on November 22, 2024. If winner(s) does not accept by date, an alternate winner(s) will be chosen. Prizes will not be shipped to winners. All prizes must be picked up at the Farm & Home Supply location in which the winner registered at by December 6, 2024. If prize is not picked up by December 6, 2024, another winner(s) will be selected.
5. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. Many will enter, few will win. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. No credits or substitutions unless approved by Farm & Home Supply. Farm & Home Supply reserves the right to substitute prizes at their discretion.
6. Any federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners of any prize valued over $600 in retail value is responsible for completing a W-9 form prior to taking possession of prize. Winner also agrees to pay for title and licensing, when applicable.
7. Description of the prize(s): Four day, three night hunting trip for 4 people on a 650-acre hunting preserve at Nilo Farms in Brighton, IL. Includes exclusive Winchester Ammunition Factory tour; sporting clays, upland bird hunt, and waterfowl hunt. (Retail Value: $16,000).
8. The above listed prize(s) are being given away to contestants who enter. All entries for each form submission will be combined and one (1) random drawing will take place on or about November 22, 2024.
9. Winners agree to allow the use of their name in advertising at the discretion of Farm & Home Supply. By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Farm & Home Supply and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the sweepstakes, if it is possible. If the sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Farm & Home Supply, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
