Ingredients 

Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Chloride, Citric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Glycine, Dried Bacillus licheniformis Fermentation Product, Dried Bacillus subtilis Fermentation Product, Sodium Aluminosilicate, Natural and Artificial Flavor, FD&C Yellow No. 6. 

Weigh powder for best results. Do not mix Electrolytes Plus powder into milk or milk replacer. Calf Mixing Directions Using the plastic measuring cup enclosed in the bag or pail, mix 4 ounces of Electrolytes Plus powder into 2 quarts of warm water (115-120 F). Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. The enclosed scoop holds approximately 4 ounces of powder.

Lamb Mixing Directions Using the plastic measuring cup enclosed in the bag or pail, mix 1 ounce of Electrolytes Plus powder into 1 pint of warm water (115-120 F). Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. The enclosed scoop holds approximately 4 ounces of powder.

Kid Mixing Directions Using the plastic measuring cup enclosed in the bag or pail, mix 1 ounce of Electrolytes Plus powder into 1 pint of warm water (115-120 F). Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. The enclosed scoop holds approximately 4 ounces of powder. 

Foal Mixing Directions Using the plastic measuring cup enclosed in the bag or pail, mix 2 ounces of Electrolytes Plus powder into 1 quart of warm water (115-120 F). Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. The enclosed scoop holds approximately 4 ounces of powder. 

Fawn & Alpaca Cria Mixing Directions Using the plastic measuring cup enclosed in the bag or pail, mix 1 ounce of Electrolytes Plus powder into 1 pint of warm water (115-120 F). Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. The enclosed scoop holds approximately 4 ounces of powder.

Elk Calf & Llama Cria Mixing Directions Using the plastic measuring cup enclosed in the bag or pail, mix 4 ounces of Electrolytes Plus powder into 2 quarts of warm water (115-120 F). Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. The enclosed scoop holds approximately 4 ounces of powder.  

Adult Animal Mixing Directions Using the plastic measuring cup enclosed in the bag or pail, mix 2 ounces of Electrolytes Plus powder into 1 gallon of warm water (115-120 F). Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. The enclosed scoop holds approximately 4 ounces of powder. 

 

Calf Feeding Directions 

Feed the mixed Electrolytes Plus solution separately between normal milk feedings to provide supplemental fluids and electrolytes. Continue feeding Electrolytes Plus solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian. 

Lamb Feeding Directions 

Feed the mixed Electrolytes Plus solution separately between normal milk feedings to provide supplemental fluids and electrolytes. Continue feeding Electrolytes Plus solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian. 

Goat Feeding Directions 

Offer mixed solution at a rate of 4 fluid ounces per 5 pounds of body weight. Feed the solution separately between normal milk feedings to provide supplemental fluids and electrolytes. Continue feeding Electrolytes Plus solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian. 

Foal Feeding Directions 

Offer mixed Electrolytes Plus solution two to three times daily at a rate of 1-2 pints per 100 pounds of body weight. Feed the solution separately between normal milk feedings to provide supplemental fluids and electrolytes. Continue feeding Electrolytes Plus solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian. 

Fawn & Alpaca Cria Feeding Directions 

Offer mixed Electrolytes Plus solution at a rate of 4 fluid ounces per 5 pounds of body weight. Feed the solution separately between normal milk feedings to provide supplemental fluids and electrolytes. Continue feeding Electrolytes Plus solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian. 

Piglet Feeding Directions 

Offer mixed Electrolytes Plus solution free choice 2-3 days during scouring, weaning, hot or cold weather, transport or other stress. Feed the solution separately between normal milk feedings to provide supplemental fluids and electrolytes. Continue feeding Electrolytes Plus solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian. 

Elk Calf & Llama Cria Feeding Directions 

Offer mixed Electrolytes Plus solution at a rate of 8 fluid ounces per 15 pounds of body weight. Feed the solution separately between normal milk feedings to provide supplemental fluids and electrolytes. Continue feeding Electrolytes Plus solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian. 

Adult Animal Feeding Directions 

Offer mixed Electrolytes Plus free choice during periods of stress or transport. Offer as the only source of drinking water for 1 hour, two to three times daily. Continue feeding the solution for 2-3 days, depending on the health challenges and needs of the animal, or as directed by your veterinarian. 

NOTE: Dehydration in baby animals can be very serious. If scours worsen or does not improve, animal may require intravenous fluid therapy. Contact your veterinarian immediately. If health concerns persist, contact your veterinarian immediately.
