Return Policy
Farm and Home Supply return policy
General Guidelines:
Merchandise missing the original price tags/universal product code (UPC) will only be available for an even exchange on the identical product.
Sale price adjustments will be allowed during the sale of an item when this item was purchased up to 10 days prior to the sale. You must have a valid Farm and Home register receipt for the merchandise. Sale price adjustments are not allowed on end of season discounts, close out items or special promotions such as senior day, percent off day or no tax day.
Regular stock merchandise must be in resalable condition, have the original package and contain all instructions and warranty information if applicable.
Returns with a receipt within 90 days:
Purchases made with cash, check (under $200.00) a refund will be issued.
Purchases made using a debit card; a refund will be issued to the debit card unless cash is requested by the customer.
Purchase made with a credit card: A credit will be issued to a credit card only.
Purchases made with an in-house credit (account customers) a credit will be issued to the same account.
Purchases made using a Farm and home gift card, a credit will be returned to a
Farm and Home gift card:
Cash/check returns over $200.00 will be mailed from our corporate office located in Quincy IL.
Returns with a receipt after 90 days:
An in-house credit or a Farm and Home gift card will be issued for the
original purchase price.
Returns without a receipt:
Farm and Home Supply reserves the right to refuse a refund without a receipt, however,
if the merchandise is in order as stated in our general guidelines, an even exchange of a like item may be offered. Seasonal merchandise items will not be allowed without a valid receipt. A valid state issued photo I.D. will be required. No I.D. = no return.
Returns of special orders:
Special order items may be refunded at the sole discretion of the manufactures return policy. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.
Plant Guarantee:
Farm and Home Guarantees all trees, shrubs and perennials for one year from the date of purchase. Simply return the item with your receipt and we will gladly exchange or issue a refund of your purchase price.
Exceptions to your returns:
Gas powered equipment, electric motors, pumps, fencer, generators, weapons, footwear and batteries are all subject to manufacturer’s claim warranties and repairs with a valid Farm and Home receipt. Merchandise may be sent out for repair at the customer’s expense, unless covered under warranty. Farm and Home Supply will make every attempt reasonable to satisfy our customers.
All associates returns must have management approval.
