Due to the nature of the Retail Industry and being a customer driven business, all Full Time Employees will be scheduled a minimum of 1 store closing per week, holidays & rotating week-ends.
 
Part Time employees schedule will vary based on customer demand.
 
These hours are always subject to change.

Tatoos/Piercings:

  • Farm & Home Supply strives hard to promote a welcoming and professional work environment for our customers.
  • Therefore, eyebrows, cheek, nose, lip or tongue & gage piercings are NOT allowed to be worn while on the clock.
  • Excessive or offensive tattoos that are visible while working are NOT acceptable while on the job.

Drug Testing:

  • A team member will be tested for drugs and alcohol immediately after a work-related accident, injury or damage to Farm & Home Property.
  • Drug testing will occur if an employee is observed using a prohibited substance on the job. Farm & Home Supply will require testing if there is reasonable cause and on a random basis.
  • A positive test will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
